For any special requirements regarding your booking, please e-mail us directly on info@tarshish.co.uk for our reservations team to assist you. Please include your name, contact number, number of guests, date and time and we will revert back to you. Following the government announcement on Friday, Tarshish have temporarily closed our doors for the near future.
Our second floor has been designed with a retractable roof, which is great for when the sun is out. Along with offering great views of the high street whilst enjoying good food and company. Additionally, we have a vast car park facility available for all our Tarshish customers. Be reminded that a deposit must be paid for private hire events and a smart casual dress code must be met.
Tarshish requires your card details to secure the reservation. No charge will be made however, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or to inform the restaurant of the reduced number in attendees 48 hours prior to the reservation, we reserve the right to charge your card 10 per person for 'no show'.
Opening our door is like unlocking a treasure chest. Walk the plank up to the first floor where you'll be greeted by a flourishing lounge and bar designed to get the mood just perfect for the hours of indulgence which lay ahead. If you're in the spirit, ask our master bartenders to conjure up a cocktail just for you!

Fine dinning Turkish restaurant. Food was amazing food, loved the buffalo wings. The atmosphere was lovely. There are four flights of stairs to get to the restaurant so ladies with heels beware lol. Parking is available around the corner. Was served quickly and efficiently. Mocktails were really good

Went to tarshish on Saturday night had an amazing experience. All staff from the moment you step in to the moment you step out were all very friendly and helpful our waiter was amazing. The food was delicious (only advise do not get the mushroom croquettes starter) otherwise all the other food was DELICIOUS!! 😊 and the cocktails and the theatrics they come with was a cup full of deliciousness and very appealing to the eye. Amazing ambience and a great place to go to celebrate any occasion. Definitely will be coming back again!

Here we have a gorgeous hidden gem on Woodgreen High Road, that serves beautiful cocktails & has a lovely atmosphere; leaving you with a feeling of being away on holiday in another country..
Customer Service was brilliant & the barman was amazing, made the evening very entertaining & enjoyable..
I'd also recommend eating in this venue as I have previously visited on a few occasions, including birthday parties..
5* Would recommend based on cocktail experience 👍🏼

A lovely stylish restaurant/bar. Came with family to celebrate my son 18th birthday. The family love the place as the decor was lovely and it was very up market, stylish and modern. The menu was very simple and wasn’t overly completed which helped in choosing something to eat. Yes the prices were high on some items but when you visit a special places on special occasions such as your son’s 18 its worth paying that little extra to get quality in a beautiful place which we did. The food and drink was lovely and beautifully presented, kids enjoyed their food and son enjoyed his birthday desert

We went here last night for a birthday meal. Interestingly it was about 6 other tables birthday meals as well. There is a small car park around the back and a 2 minute walk, then two flights of stairs as it's a roof restaurant. If you're disabled, then forget coming up here as there is no wheel chair access as far as I could tell. The interior is very pleasant, with a fantastic bar which makes some great cocktails. Staff seem very friendly here too. The food, was a little hit and miss for my Turkish tastes. Very nice lamb dishes, chicken not so much. Rice and couscous could have been fresher. Waiting

Firstly the restaurant is on the roof so get ready to climb some stairs. The decor is nice and part of the restaurant has a retractable roof. The staff are nice and kind. The food, its nice and depending on your appetite there is a lot to try out! The only issue for me that they do serve alcohol and that generally puts me off. Otherwise food was lovely.
