Based in Sutton Coldfield I specialize in creating beautiful wedding cakes, birthday cakes and just about any other type of celebration cake you might be planning. As a child, I spent many hours in the kitchen making cakes and pastries with my Nan.
She inspired me, and I later went on to study at the College of Food and Domestic Art where I gained professional qualifications as a chef. I began my cake making career when I designed and created my own wedding cake and have been helping create special memories through celebration cakes ever since.

At 'Ough What a Cake' we provide a friendly, personal and professional service. We are registered with Birmingham City Council and our Kitchen has been recognised for achieving the highest available award, a Food Hygiene Rating of 5. I also have a Food Safety Certificate awarded by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health so your cake is in safe hands.
Ordering a cake couldn't be easier. Contact me where we can arrange a consultation to discuss your requirements for your perfect celebration cake. I would prefer a minimum of three weeks notice when ordering a celebration cake; and minimum of three months notice for a Rich Fruit Cake. A small deposit will be required when an order is placed which will be discussed during the consultation process.
