I have driven my family mad with my vast cake book collection, mini adventures to anywhere cake related, buying anything with a cake or cupcake on it and the hours I've spent working or talking about cakes! Am I mad or passionate? Who knows! I simply did and still do love everything about what a cake represents for me.

My tasty Victoria Sponge is a gorgeous classic home baked cake, filled with strawberry or raspberry jam and homemade vanilla buttercream your guests will love! However, for those wanting something a little different we've ramped up the recipe and created some amazing alternative flavours if you fancy a change or have more than one tier.
I can create lots of different sized cakes to suit your guest list perfectly. Given your design, I can work with you to ensure your cake looks amazing and that there is plenty to go around. Although not an extensive list, the details below give you an indication of some of the cake sizes available and a pricing guide.

What an exciting occasion! The celebration of a soon to be new little bundle of delight. I love Baby Shower cakes and have even created pink or blue sponges inside so when the cake is sliced guests get to see whether you're expecting a prince or a princess. Cupcakes are especially popular at Baby Showers and packaging can also be sourced if you'd like your guests to take home a cupcake as a party favour.

Selection of cakes was great and the lady behind the desk was so polite and attentive. This is the second time I’ve tried these cakes and I can’t say they’ve tasted fresh. Cupcakes were very stale, couldn’t even eat them unfortunately. I did go down at 4pm however, if they were made fresh on the day, they should still taste fresh? Jammy dodger rocky road was very tasty though.

I was disappointed with these cakes, I’ve had them a couple of time’s incase the first time was just a bad batch. The first time my cake was stuck to the plastic so the whole topping came off. My partner also got the very nutty cake, but other than nuts on the top there wasn’t any. I think if you are going to advertise something being the hero of the cake you should taste it throughout. I found this the same with the malteser cake also only on the top but no taste throughout. The cakes were moist though overall. I think that if these issues are looked at the cakes could be amazing.

Sadly, the slice I bought (Hazelnut) was sickly sweet, and very dry. Not much flavour beyond the stale kinder bueno. Really disappointed when it's £3.50 a slice. I'll try them again some time (and edit my review if it's any different), but it seems that these cakes are more focused on aesthetics than flavour. A real shame.

Well what can we say.....Amazing!! With not much direction from myself, I left the design of our wedding cake in the safe hands of Rebecca knowing she would not let us down. Our wedding cake was beautiful and it tasted amazing with two different flavours and lovely delicately decorated cup cakes to compliment our two tier cake!! It fitted in with… our colour scheme and table features perfectly! We have had lots of cakes from Rebecca including Christening and Birthday cakes. Always wonderful, faultless cakes. Thanks again Rebecca, we just knew you would do us proud. Xx
