I went in store on Tuesday and paid for a taro bubble tea and Japanese cheesecake to-go (eat out) and my order was done after a couple mins. The male worker called out for me and handed me a bag with a big box inside so I assumed it had both my items in. I even stayed in the cafe for a while to sort out my bag before leaving the store. But when I came home and opened the box, I only got the cheesecake and not my boba! He didn't bother to say anything when I left the store or even when I was in-store! I am quite disappointed and tried calling the cafe and contacting on their Instagram but I haven

Super cute café serving Japanese style cakes and drinks including bubble tea, milkshakes and smoothies worth checking out. Frustratingly though they didn’t have the tea that I wanted. You can sit inside too even during Covid.

I only go here to buy their freshly baked buns on the shelves for take out. They taste amazing - I recommend the Plain Bun (£1.10 for a big fluffy bun) and the Lotus Bun is divine! I'm not sure if they're still selling the Lotus Bun anymore, I'm sad about it because it was one of my favourite desserts. Customer service is very average.

Absolutely LOVE it here! They do the best bubble tea and their strawberry sponge cake is heavenly. Never had a cake so smooth and light. The decor is fascinating ,if you are like me and are a girly girl, you will fall in love with the decor here. Staff are so polite and friendly, one of my favourite cafes in Brum😍

ABSOLUTE SCAM. Rubbish service charged full price even during the 50% scheme, claimed the machine "wasn't working" bubble teas cost £5.25 for a regular! They didn't have any bubble waffles when we went or put candyfloss on the misty cloud tea ,(which would have justified the extravagant price tag) don't waste your time here, staff attitude is also rubbish the employee seemed lost and couldn't get machine to work, he made us wait 15 minutes just to pay. We have never had to pay this much for bubble tea before and we've been to dozens of bubble tea shops, there are two right near it try them instead

Absolutely love this place. I'm a bit of a dessert freak and love to indulge my sweet tooth. The buns are the best in Birmingham (imo) and the cakes are just incredible! Staff are friendly and welcoming, only negative is when they are busy or theirs some anime/manga fans in the cafe as this turns your experience into a negative one.

Nice bubble tea and fresh made bubble waffles. Not cheap and can be a bit of a wait, but delicious nonetheless.

Cakes to die for, staff are never without a smile, and the bubble teas are arguably the best in Birmingham. Highly recommend a visit!

Bubble tea part II...came here earlier this week and had the best bubble tea I have had to date. Ok I have only had it once before but this one was definitely my favourite. I went for the almond tea....it was amazing but be warned it's pretty filling.

If you are in Arcadian this place is worth a visit...also if you are a cake lover I would also say stop by here. The cakes looked amazing...but i'm Glastonbury diet so decided to pass.

If I lived closer to this place, I'd probably find myself here quite often!

They have a wide selection of Chinese style drinks and bubble teas, and a large selection of fresh pastries and cakes.

The ambience is very fancy, but it's a very chill place, with some power outlets and Chinese music playing in the background.

The people working behind the counter are very friendly, and their prices are very reasonable! It was only a 1 minute walk from the Bull Ring.

I opted for the Buko Pandan cold Bubble Tea with boba. (First time trying rhis flavour drink ever.) The boba is a bit too

A nice place to go for a coffee and cake so fluffy you will want to eat two. Also do bubbles tea and whole range of cakes and tarts that can be taken away. Friendly and helpful staff.

If you're looking for bubble tea in Chinatown this is the place to go. Mimicking some of the kitsch European meets cute cafes you find in South East Asia the Decor is fun and quirky. The green tea sponge and Japanese cheesecake are some of the softest and fluffiest cakes I've had.

One of my favourite places in the city, this cute cafe offers delicious cakes (I love their cheesecake and their chocolate mousse cakes) and a variety of hot drinks and bubble tea. Kawaii would be an understatement. Gave them four stars because sometimes their service is very slow during busy periods, but the quality of the baked goods outweighs it somewhat ;)

Often take visiting friends here for a sweet treat. Great that they are open until 9pm too, even on Sundays.

This little café is so pretty! - The decor and the cakes! I just had to pop in to take a look!
They have a small seating area and generally I think it's more geared up for take-outs as most cakes are self serve, however its still inviting.
They apparently do vegan cakes to order and I don't think I've ever seem their selection before anywhere else, so stop by if you want something different from the norm!.

I can never resist places which serve bubble tea and when I saw a sign outside Cafe Chino advertising their bubble teas, in we went to get some. We couldn't help ordering some egg tarts either which were quite delectable. I thought that the bubble tea was overly sweet, hence is advisable that you ask for less sweetness when ordering.
