**MEENA RANI WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER REVIEW**
I ordered a 3 tier cake (only two of which were actual cake) for my son’s 4th birthday which was delivered to the venue at 12pm with the top tier already… tilted.
Cake break left at 12.30pm whilst trying to sort out the tilt in the cake which included moving fondants and the name plaque to disguise the tilt.
Suki (the cake baker) reassured me that the tilt was nothing to worry about despite my clear dissatisfaction.
By 1pm the cake was already starting to lopside from the top tier and by 1.30pm it was near enough ready to collapse

Don't bother with this company! Absolutely disgusted with their service. Ordered a very expensive 3 tier cake which i paid extra for delivery and upon delivery the top tier was tilting. They admitted this happened upon delivery but reassured me it was only slightly and things would be fine. However, soon later into my son's birthday party the top tier started to tilt and was about to collapse!!
I informed cake break who accused me of knocking the table ( as i sent them videos and pictures) and they did not accept responsibility or give me any compensation! i had eye whitnesses to prove

Really disappointed with the quality I received. I ordered a halloween themed cake for my partner and this is what I received. There was pink icing left in the orange piping, the spiders did not resemble spiders at all, there were big lumps in the chocolate layer, and the writing on top looked horrendous.
I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but when we questioned the quality of the cake, they didn't seem to see a problem, and made excuses for everything that was wrong with it. It was clearly not to a standard to present to a customer, especially when it wasn't a cheap cake!

Have ordered from here a few time usually it’s ok. Giving 2 starts only cuz it taste ok. But the last order i made I was very disappointed in what I received. The cake was not level it was slanted from the top and when we told the lady I ordered it from she had the cheek to say it was our fault as it would have happened after it left the shop. The cake doesn’t even look like the picture of the cake I asked for. There was finger prints in the icing and the lettering was cut messy. Very disappointing.

I dont know how much to thank this shop for saving my life!!!!!! I was literally having a meltdown. I had a birthdsy party planned for my best friend i ordered a cake from someone online and it was a total disaster! i was close to tears…. then i searched on google and FOUND CAKE BREAK shop I called they said come in. I was so happy this was around 12 noon and my party was supposed to start at 4pm and I had no cake.
