M4 Property consultants are a great company. I have been working with them on various industrial investments for over 5 years now, after initially meeting the director Dan for a coffee! They have handled a number of leases and purchases for us, and I find Dan to be professional, diligent, responsive and friendly. He is extremely astute in all aspects of commercial property, a great man to have on the team!

Dan seemed an ok guy initially .
However failed to keep me updated on viewings and failed to correct errors on listings. When I cancelled the contract with him and requested the return of my keys he completely ignored me and never returned the keys causing me to change the locks.
Others may have had a good experience, I didnt!!

I have recently used the services of M4 Property Consultants to assist me in finding a bigger office premises for my business.
