The main benefits of Pilates is that it targets the exact muscles that can cause problems both during and after pregnancy. It is important when choosing to do a class either pre or post natal that you ensure that your instructor is experienced and trained in delivering such a program.

At Weymouth Pilates Centre Jenny is fully qualified and experienced to teach pre and post natal pilates, regularly updating her knowledge to give you best advice possible.Stronger tummy muscles - Hormones make ligaments more pliable and therefore more prone to injury.
Mat classes are available to suit all levels of abilities from first time exercisers, of any age, size and fitness to professional sportsmen and women. All classes are small and friendly with a positive relaxing atmosphere. Each class lasts for one hour, with everyone working at their own pace. No special footwear or clothing is required as long as you are comfortable.
At your first appointment we carry out an assessment to understand what you need in terms of what is wrong and what treatment to give. It will help inform us on the best techniques to use during your massage and whether you have any medical conditions we need to know about. Treatments use a variety of different techniques.

Fitness professional here. Came to Jenny after having 10 years of consistent back pain related to two herniated discs in my lower back. She recommended a more Conservative approach after a thorough assessment. She's both thorough and extremely well read when it comes to back pain. I had seen many people from chiropractors to potential surgeons and Jenny came up tops. Unfortunately, the pandemic happened so I didn't do a follow up, but she gave me the correct guidance. 18 months later, I'm doing so much better. Lovely person too, which helps when you spend an hour one to one! Thanks Jenny!

After a long time suffering with shoulder and neck pain through carrying heavy camera gear over long days, I decided to seek some help. Jenny was very friendly and professional in her work and knew the muscle groups that were causing me a problem from the outset. I couldn't recommend her more highly and she has a great sense of humour too, so it's great to be treated by such a bubbly and professional person. Thank you.

Amazing, second time I have been to see Jenny in a few years, she fixed me last time and again this week. She is so professional and such a lovely person. Within minutes she felt my back and shoulder and told me exactly what parts where out of place and stuck and talked me through how she was going to manipulate, massage and straighten me up and the pain diapered.
If you have any back or body pain, don’t hesitate to contact Jenny Glover, you won’t regret it.
I also sent my mum to her last year. She arrived to Weymouth using 2 Walking sticks as her back and knee were causing her so much pain
