Following the Corona advice from DEFRA and the Government, we are now able to offer any type of pet groom rather than just 'welfare grooms' we were restricted to previously but again, only on an appointment basis. We are therefore taking groom bookings with immediate effect but by telephone only as we still need to comply with social distancing.

Services
I started Mutz Kutz 10 years ago having trained at Writtle College for three years and after achieving my 1, 2 and 3 grades City & Guilds qualification in Dog Grooming. I am now also fully qualified in specific breed grooms & show standard grooms. It is also me who would be collecting and delivering your pet if you opt for our collection and delivery service.
If you need to get your pet in show trim, to breed standard or it just hasn't been done for a while and a maintenance groom just isn't enough, then we can get him back into shape with a wash, dry, brush out and style. Eyes, ears, feet and nails will be attended to as well as tidying up around the face and tail to keep your pet in shape.
Nails can be clipped during a groom if requested or as a separate exercise - phone Sarah and have a chat. Our prices vary according to the breed of your pet and the specific requirements or treatments requested. Critical: Professionalism
They had my dog for 5 and a half hours!!! No phone calls with updates, I had to call them. Their excuse was "we're very busy", no apology given. My pup is 6 months old, he didn't get his lunch and was desperate for the toilet! They also messed up his beard (he's a mini schnauzer). Will not be going back and do not recommend!

Such a shame, this is the third time my dog has been here and unfortunately reading other reviews, my dogs experience isn't a one off. She had been locked in a cage for over 4 hours in the 25 degree heat. After not getting a phone call at the time I was meant to pick her up I had arrived to find they had just begun and it would be another hour, after dropping her off 4 hours before. In the end she was trembling and gave up before it was done. When asking the staff if she had been given her water I got the response "She had some water in the shower". Seems this groomers is looking to overbook for

Unreliable, poor customer service and we only got half the job done, my son in laws doggy was supposed to have a wash and dry and nails clipped and be ready of 3.30 which they guarantee she would be, she wasn't, she was tied to a post unfinished, the woman didn't care and he was charged full priced for half a job, never going back
