my dog is very fussy, and they were very good and patient with him, I live miles away from this shop but I always come here because they are soo good with dog, and I think he is the most comfortable here with them, I definitely recommend!!

I had the best experience with Pet a Pawter this morning. Firstly, I got my days mixed up but they agreed to fit my dog in anyway with no fuss which was great and saved me a second journey. My rescue, (although friendly) can be reactive if her arthritis is playing up and it’s always a bit of a worry when visiting new groomers. I explained this to… the lady at the counter (who’s name I didn’t get, sorry) and she reassured me and took her in. When I went to pick her up, she was so happy and relaxed. We took Max ( a shaggy cockapoo) into Pet-A-Pawter and were amazed at his fantastic appearance when we collected him! He looks amazing, was well trimmed and styled and it totally improved him for walks in the woods and swims in the river. Thank you so much!

We wanted to buy a harness for our puppy which would last him a few months and wouldn’t be too small after just a few weeks as he’s growing. Having looked for an advice we were recommended a harness and promised that it would last. It lasted a few weeks before our outgrew the harness. When we came back with a complaint asking for a discount when buying another one. The service we got was absolutely unprofessional and they were doubting the breed of our dog. We got no apology whatsoever. Absolutely unprofessional service. We don’t recommend this shop and we’re never coming back again.

Whilst staying with a friend, I took my dog, Frankie, to Pet a Pawter. She came highly recommended and they were right, she did an amazing job and put my dog at ease, which isn't always an easy task! She had great patience and attention to detail and I am thrilled with the service - Frankie has never looked so good! Excellent job - would highly recommend!

I can’t believe How brilliant this place is. My little Chase is always worried. But after a introduction and the girls treating him as I would he was so relaxed. And well I came back to find him looking absolutely Beautiful and So happy. I even got a cuddle from the girls myself after a really bad day. Brilliant 👌❤️❤️❤️❤️ 10/10. 🙌❤️

X the staff… here have been great to assist my puppy with her first professional groom! They have used natural products that have really enhanced her coat and made her look fantastic..

My Cocker Spaniel and Cavapoo have been groomed several times at Pet A Pawter and I have always been very happy with the results, but this week was the best ever cut by their new groomer Ben. Extremely happy, thank you Ben.

Amazing! Rambo used to hate water and now loves it! All the staff are so friendly, listen to what you ask for and Rambo just runs off and forgets I'm even there when I drop him off!! . Highly recommend and he always comes out looking fab and happy from all his cuddles!!

Amazing wouldn't take our Yorkie anywhere else, super friendly staff, they do a phenomenal job and cater to your dogs needs.
