We really look after our student houses and we will really look after you. Students often ask us how we are able to only charge 100 deposit for our houses. The answer's pretty simple: we look after our houses on an ongoing basis which means they're in great condition all the time. They are regularly maintained and decor is updated periodically - that means we do not need to take ridiculously big deposits from our tenants.
The first thing to say about our student houses is that they are all extremely well-designed and proportioned. Unlike some accommodation providers, we do not cram six people into a property that's really made for three. Our houses are not converted and cramped maisonettes or flats - they are just really nice places to live and work.

I have been renting a Findspace house for two years and have found Findspace to be a co-operative and reliable agency. Highly recommend Findspace for students in the Newcastle area, so much so that we're staying for another year. Kerry and Phil are really nice, easy to communicate with and deal with any problems quickly without any hassle, however we did have to go one month without hot water. Our house has lots of space and in a great location for both universities and facilities, all for a great and affordable price!!

Findspace are the best landlords any student could wish for.
Having heard nightmare stories about other agents and their extortionate admin fees and upfront rent, coming across Findspace was a blessing. £150 to pay to secure the property and that’s all until you move in!
Really nice houses and any problems you encounter they are more than happy to get it sorted quickly and no quibble, which is brilliant. I’ve had a fab 2 years living in a Findspace property and I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

Findspace is a great company to go with as a student - The landlords are very friendly and are quick to reply and sort any queries you may have. The houses are in good condition and very good value for money. It is very affordable and you feel comfortable living there. The furniture that comes with the house is great; no need to buy any extra storage space. I would highly recommend them.

I am so glad that I went with Findspace for my first house whilst at university. Kerry and Phil are lovely and friendly landlords and are always there straight away if we ever have any queries. They have low prices with all bills included which was hard to find around Newcastle. The house is in a student friendly and safe area and very close to the uni. I will be staying with Findspace for the remainder of my university experience, as all my friends that use Findspace will be. Would recommend to all students living in Newcastle as they have made my experience exceptional

I cannot speak highly enough of Findspace. They take the stress out of the minefield that is student letting and made it something much less stressful and easier to manage. By far the friendliest and most reliable, they are always available for you to contact and on the odd occasion where something is to break or need fixing, it is always done incredibly quickly. I would recommend Findspace to any Newcastle students looking to let somewhere.

I have rented from Findspace for two years and have been more than happy with my experience. They are very friendly, approachable and efficient. Any problems or issues have always been dealt with almost immediately. The house is well equipped, comfortable and decorated to a lovely standard. Admin fee/deposit are very reasonable and student friendly! Couldn't recommend Findspace more, definitely the best housing company I have used.

Findspace is an amazing housing company. The office has a great atmosphere with approachable, helpful staff and an excellent range of affordable student houses/flats. I've been with Findspace for a year now and plan to stay in the same house for my final year. The house is comfy, fully equipped with essentials, and whenever there has been a problem, Findspace has always been very quick to respond and fix it. I would highly recommend!

I rented with Findspace for my final year at University. I could not recommend them enough, they were excellent landlords who enabled our final year of university to be as stress free as possible! The admin fees and deposit were the most reasonable/affordable out of all my student houses and landlords most reliable. They were always easily contactable and any problems were immediately dealt with. Completely hassle free and would highly recommend! Thanks to all at Findspace!

As first year students we didn’t know what to expect when it came to letting a house for second year. Findspace made this a lot easier than other letting agents and made it affordable for us all through providing us with cheap deposits and fees. Both Kerry and Phil were informative when showing us a wide variety of houses and enabled us to look at the houses more than once before making our final decision. They picked us up and dropped us off at each viewing and answered any questions that we had. All the houses we viewed showed high security with multiple door locks including individual bedroom
