Services
For those of you who don't know us very well, here's a little low-down on all things Grind. Grind was founded in 2011 when David Abrahamovitch took over his father's Shoreditch mobile phone shop and enlisted his friend old friedn Kaz James to help him turn it into a coffee shop.

In the decade since, Grind has grown to become a cult coffee brand with locations across London; including espresso bars, cocktail bars, restaurants, an international-grade recording studio, and a state-of-the-art coffee roastery.Still based in Shoreditch, we now employ around two-hundred people and the majority of our investors over the years have been our Grind regulars and friends across the world.
Great coffee from Grind, available as compostable pods for Nespresso machines and whole bean or ground. Get a Grind tin, and then refill it with letterbox-friendly refills - or let us figure it out for you with a subscription. Personalise your regular delivery and never run out again - coffee how you like it, when you like it.
We wrote a book - our very own guide to food, drink, work, rest and play. Guides and anecdotes, tips and lists, everything from how to make a great burger at home, to how to politely bail on a bad date, find flatmates that don't suck and buy and drink wine like a grown-up. From how to make a great burger at home, to how to politely bail on a bad date or find flatmates that don't suck.
On a date of your choosing, we'll send them a personalised email with instructions on how to easily redeem their coffee, plus a personalised message from you. The lucky recipient can then easily set up their regular coffee deliveries and can choose from compostable coffee pods for Nespresso machines, whole bean, or ground coffee in a blend of their choice.
London Bridge Grind is a buzzing riverside cocktail bar, espresso bar and all-day restaurant just above the famous Borough Market. My wife and I were specifically looking for a delicious coffee as we had a little time to kill in the area. Grind did not dissappoint! I had a flat white and my wife had a Latte and I kept saying after we left " that's how you do it!" because when you're selling coffee as your main thing it had better be absolutely delicious. Grind was exactly what we hoped to get when we set out looking for a coffee!!!

A cup of Nescafe 2 in 1 is more enjoyable than the one I had in the Soho Grind. It was my first time being in there and completely dissatisfied with the quality and service.

This is a review for their nespresso-compatible coffee capsules as I never visited their cafe in London.
The concept is great, the subscription is easy to manage and cancel too.
I loved the idea of compostable capsules but the coffee quality is not to my taste. I am used to real italian espresso, this coffee is too light and watery, not roasted… enough and the taste is not that typical nice strong, round and mellow of espresso but it’s rather just sharp and slightly too acidic. I tried the original, dark and decaf. The original is too bland for espresso (even worse for a flat white

Excellent coffee in a soho style and cozy location. Staff were nice and friendly. They have plenty of seats downstairs.
Coffee Latte was nice I was very happy with the experience overall.
Located just right off Regents street. You can grab some coffee and walk 1-2mins and sit in Gloden Square park. I would come back and try the other items.

The place was very busy, but the baristas cracked through orders pretty sharpish 👍🏻 busy for a reason I should add - delicious macchiato. Silky smooth texture and flavours.

Needed a little pick-me-up on my day out in the capital, and this little cafe hit the sweet spot. Friendly staff explaining the different coffee blends, so my macchiato was spot on (I'm getting picky these days). A delicious fresh croissant rounded it up nicely. Thanks guys, top marks to you all.

I really wanted these to be great. But they aren’t properly compatible with Nespresso machines. We used them with both of ours and a friend’s to check (and use them up!). The paper ‘film’ doesn’t get pierced properly. It only makes a hole in a few places. The result is really watery coffee and no crema. If this were sorted we would be absolute evangelists!

Just visited the Shoreditch cafe for the first time and was very impressed. Lovely place, very friendly staff (we were served by Magda) and the best pancakes I’ve ever tasted. The beetroot coffees are a cute touch! Will be back

The coffee here is absolutely delicious. A very small shop with limited seating, I would recommend your order to go. The staff and baristas were super friendly and down to business as they were cranking orders. A variety of coffee, espresso, and tea options they are sure to cater to your taste.

I ordered a small mocha light on the mocha syrup and it was divine, best described as an adult hit chocolate, the ratio of coffee to chocolate was perfect and not overwhelmingly sweet or overpowering. My husband guzzled his iced latte. Two very happy customers and we will definitely be back.

I popped in in the morning to grab a flat white. It's was probably around 250ml, smaller that what you get somewhere like Costa. It was quite good and strong and I enjoyed it. Definitely prefer Soho Grind over the larger shops nearby. Sad I didn't get to stop by late night for a beer.

You may have come across at least one of the Grind shops if you're a coffee lover in London, they've got little stations on Old Street, London Bridge & Covent Garden too.

Soho is a regular haunt of mine while I hunt down street art finds and Soho Grind is my go to coffee stop when I'm here!

One of the best flat whites you can find in this city and I love the relaxed, arty (do not read hipster) vibe you can find in the place.

All the venues switch it up in the evening to offer cocktails that are not to be messed with! The decadent Espresso Martini offers a sweet nectar punch

Popped into this little establishment on a recommendation from a friend - 'best cocktails in London'. Whilst the cocktails were indeed tasty and beautifully presented (I tried the velveteen rabbit) the cheese platter we ordered was disappointing and took an age to arrive, this might not have mattered if we were not ravenous!! Bar staff were friendly and the vibe was fun once we'd squeezed ourselves into a seat in the corner (tiny but intimate venue).

Coffee shops are everywhere in London now, it's hard to escape them and especially in Soho where there's one in practically every corner and small nook you can find.

I'm no coffee connoisseur either, so as long as my coffee is good I don't really pay a huge amount of attention as to where it's from or what special caramel notes their beans have today!

For me, Soho Grind stood out because it didn't try too hard. I went in, ordered a flat white and an egg custard tart and that was it. Nothing in my face trying to get me to try a special cold brew, and a small selection

It's not the cheapest coffee shop, but damn the quality is pretty special! I paid £3.30 for an almond flattie, which is a little on the expensive side, but tasted delicious. This definitely my go to coffee place when I'm in soho. Plus it's super chilled, so you fan actually get a fair amount of work done downstairs while you're here.

If you're going later on in the day, you absolutely MUST order the espresso martini!! I wanna describe how amazing it is, but when you'll know it, easily one of London's best!
