I am open for online sessions using Zoom where you sit together with your partner on a sofa in camera view. Most couples find it works well. Zoom is easy to use. Are you willing to take an honest look at what is going on in your relationship - no matter what it is - to move towards creating the kind of relationship you want?

There may be a particular issue you wish to sort out or you may just want to communicate better and fight less. Relationship counselling builds on what first attracted you to each other and what can be done to reduce hurt and conflict. You may be in a pattern where one of you wants more and your partner withdraws.

It's best to come with your partner to sort things out in your relationship. I ask you questions about each other which helps you check out if what you imagine is true for your partner is the case. It's often surprising how different your experience of your relationship can be from your partner's. When your partner has shared what they imagine you are thinking we check out with you what they got right and if there is anything more to add.
Relationships go through different phases and it's normal to go thorough periods of difficult/ Crisis. If you feel that trying to work things out between you isn't working then getting some relationship counselling can really help clear hurt and resentment and learn to communicate better. It's a positive step to face what is going on and find ways to move through it.
