My blood pressure skyrocketed and my personal training dropped off.

I can get you results fast incorporating a range of exercises into a specific plan to get you to where you want to be. We can train in our private gym in Trimley St. Martin (including outdoor gym equipment), I would consider home visits only in Trimley and Felixstowe.
