As a Premier qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I'm combining expert knowledge gained from these industry-leading qualifications with my experience from nine and a half years as a British Army officer to motivate you in a supportive way to achieve the physical and mental benefits of exercise whilst balancing the demands of daily life.
As a 44-year-old working mother of three, I really do understand this and work with mothers, fathers and grandparents to help realise their health and fitness ambitions. Read some feedback from my clients on the Testimonials page. Everyone is different. So, we'll work together to set your own exercise and nutritional goals based on where you are now and where you want to get to.

I have loved exercise and sport from an early age so the British Army was the natural career in which to combine fitness, teamwork and leadership. I was fortunate to work with great people who both inspired me and taught me how to motivate others which is a fundamental part of an officer's role.
I had some significant moments during my nine and a half years in the British Army including deploying to Iraq as part of Operation TELIC; deploying to Cyprus as part of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force; captaining the winning team in the United Nations Forces in Cyprus (UNFICYP) Military Skills Competition; being one of the first female Captains of the Guard at Windsor Castle; female Army Squash Champion (2008) and riding Her Majesty The Queen's horses on State Ceremonial parades.

I clearly needed to do something but gym membership was pointless so it had to be personal. Kathrine's initial (and honest) health/fitness appraisal quickly identified my needs. A training programme with my key objective was agreed - it wasn't going to be easy but it would be achievable. Motivating, inspiring and demanding, the weekly fitness plan quickly became infectious.
