Established in 2007 and based within Fitness4Less Colchester. Our goal is to improve your health and vitality. Achieving a fitter and stronger body while providing important information on nutrition, relaxation and reducing physical and emotional stress levels. Find us on Colchester Business Park, near the junction of Severalls Lane and Wyncolls Road.

We are next door to Busy Bee's nursery within Fitness4Less gym. We have ample free parking for visitors.

Having studied with The Chek Institute Darran has learnt the value of not just fitness but also health and vitality.

Using free weights, swiss balls and cable machines along with medicine balls and kettlebells, train the way your body is designed to move. Learn kickboxing techniques and combinations using pads and body armour to improve fitness and power.
When I started to write this testimonial for Darran, I tried to remember what I wanted to know when I was selecting a PT. After a long time doing my own exercise at the gym I needed a change and I asked Darran to show me some new effective exercises which were different to my own exercises regime at that time. Darren had the perfect excercises for me and my lifestyle. Before I started my sessions with Darren, I had back pain more than 4 times a year. Since I have changed my exercises to a full body and core training the pain is gone and I feel much stronger. Every session is exciting and fun.
I will defenitely continue booking personal trainer sessions with Darran.
