Services
Our story began in 2009 when founder, Joanne Wilkinson, was empowered by her own life journey to help others. Joanne experienced emotional challenges in adulthood and decided to seek guidance from a highly skilled therapist. The transformation was life-changing. My Possible Self was born.

The business began by offering a range of emotional health and wellbeing services, each designed to support people in discovering and reaching their full potential.Four years later, Joanne won the 'Not for Profit' category in the 'Forward Ladies Business Woman of the Year' awards. In 2016, Joanne decided to take My Possible Self in a new direction.
Teaming up with our friends at Priory Healthcare, world leaders in mental health, we have created interactive tools and techniques, using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), customised for digital use. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can help you make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking them down into smaller parts.
