Over the years we have helped many people to deal with all sorts of issues. Some people come to lose weight, deal with a phobia or maybe give up smoking, others come to deal with unwanted feelings or emotions and a relatively new group of clients ask us to help them to improve their home, working or even their sporting ability.

At our clinic in Eastbourne, we see many people who are looking to make positive changes to the way they look and feel. Losing weight, giving up smoking and feeling fitter are often top of the list. Remember, a positive and focused way of thinking will help you to achieve the things you want to in your life and we are here to provide the help and support, in a really relaxing way, to make these changes actually happen.

There will always be times when stress, anxiety or depression find their way into our lives. Stress can often lead to anxiety or depression. Clients often tell us that they are suffering, to some degree, with all three symptoms and there is certainly a link. Stress and anxiety affects our bodies both physically and mentally, but it is how we manage our feelings that determine whether it is going to become a minor nuisance or a major disorder.
Everyone has felt down and unhappy at some particular time, experiencing many different circumstances, within our life, which cause feelings of sadness and unhappiness. In most cases it is possible to deal with these feelings and quite often after a short period time we begin to feel much better again, perhaps talking to friends and family often enables us to get back to normal.
There are many types of fears and phobias, from the fear of spiders (Arachnophobia), the fear of open spaces (Agoraphobia), to perhaps, the fear of flying (Aerophobia). Some phobias are often caused by a particular traumatic event taking place that has left a person with a fear of a similar event taking place again.
The heart is a pump that is designed to force blood through your body. Blood is pumped from your heart through a network of tubing called arteries to your muscles and organs. The force that your heart produces in your arteries, when it pumps, is called your blood pressure. Hypertension occurs when the pressure of blood in your arteries is too high.

I have been seeing Caroline for slimming therapy and it's been amazing. I even lost weight over Christmas!! Whatever she does, it works ... not sure how, but it does. It has helped me stop those internal battles with my self and I subconsciously make the right choices the majority of the time. I like to go for a top up every so often as I dont want to slip back into my old ways.
Thank you Caroline, one happy customer x

After trying everything else possible to stop smoking this was my last resort. Caroline was lovely from start to end. And 2 weeks later I have not smoked, haven't been unbearable like I normally would be and I can still sit with my husband whilst he puffs away and I'm not bothered by it. Thank you so much Caroline, I feel great. Would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who wants to stop smoking but find it hard.
My only regret is not doing it sooner : )
