I help you to uncover your own inner resources to make the changes you want in your life. Tailoring each session specifically to your situation with compassion and respect, we can work together to achieve the outcome or goal that is best for you.
Your complementary, no obligation telephone consultation is where we discuss where you are stuck and what you want to achieve. We will clarify your issues, identify yours goals and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If at this point you are satisfied, we can arrange a mutually convenient time for your first appointment.
