Rangeworthy is a small village school between Bristol and Yate. The school is very friendly and welcoming, with a caring and nurturing, family atmosphere. This, combined with the small number of pupils, creates an ideal environment to develop not only the full academic potential of each child, but to equip children with self belief and the social skills necessary for a successful and happy future, whatever direction the pupils decide to go in.
We offer small supportive classes, good progress and attainment as well as a breakfast and an after school club. Come and visit us to find out more about all the great things we do and meet our respectful, friendly and responsible pupils.

The original school building is Victorian, dating from the 1870s and is set in a tree-lined lane near to Holy Trinity Church. The school buildings have been extended and modernised over the years to accommodate the children's needs and provide a lovely learning environment. Oak and Rowan classes are accommodated in an Elliott building.
The positive impact of the school's vision by the leaders, makes pupils and adults feel valued and confident. Partnerships with the local parish are well established. The incumbent's role in supporting staff and pupils effectively contributes to the spiritual life of the school community. Collective worship should aim to provide the opportunity for pupils to worship God, to consider spiritual and moral issues and explore their own beliefs; to encourage participation and response, whether through active involvement in the presentation of worship or through listening to and joining in the worship offered; and to develop community spirit, promote a common ethos and shared values, and reinforce attitudes.
Rangeworthy C of E Primary School takes very opportunity to ensure that the pupils of the school are aware of different job pathways they may decide to pursue. This is done by raising the pupil's awareness of as many different jobs, occupations and professions as possible throughout the delivery of the curriculum.
