Below are some of the more frequently asked questions and my answers. If you still have a question then please do contact me by phone, email or use the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as I can. My quiet, calm therapy rooms are peaceful and private and are conveniently located near to public transport in Central London.
One to One Psychotherapy & Counselling offers ways to work through many emotional or psychological issues that modern life can challenge us with. At our first meeting you'll start to explain your concerns, I'll listen to what you want to achieve and I'll give you my feedback as honestly and sensitively as I can.
One to One Counselling for the Issues & Problems that arise in our intimate and family relationships. Relationships, in all their many forms and for all sorts of reasons, are often a feature of what is discussed in counselling. Although there are a myriad of issues and challenges that can arise, they will all come out of the position of either 'being in' or 'not being in' a relationship.
Whether you work from home, in an office, travel frequently for work, are not working but would like to. Sometimes it can feel like the specific problem that you came to counselling for is directly related to your work. However, often it can be an issue that is seemingly completely unrelated to your work, or appears to be something far more personal to you, that you sense is having an impact on your working life.
For you, the client, the most relevant thing about my mode of therapy is that you decide the way in which I provide counselling. I dislike the idea of only working in one way, and consequently "placing" one type of therapy onto every person with the notion that "one size fits all". Rather, I think that everyone is completely unique and requires a different way of working to someone else.
