I am Founder and Director of Stimmung Therapy Services Limited, and a highly experienced psychotherapist for individuals and couples, and am passionate about the efficacy of my work. My experience comes from working in five different therapy settings: a London-based conservatoire for music and dance, the NHS, the prison service and young offender institution, private hospital, and private practice.

My expertise is in performance and generalised anxiety, work-related stress, depression, relationship problems, loneliness, trauma (PTSD), loss, identity issues.
Services
In 2010 I founded Stimmung in Harley Street. Since 2016 I'm based in historic Golden Square, which is located between Piccadilly and Oxford Circus in London's West End, and where I have complete flexibility with session times. This address is fitting as many musicians and creative types have resided here over the centuries.
If you are having problems with living, with stress, work, insecurity, loneliness, grief, relationship problems, low sense of worth, confidence loss, identity crisis, emotions that are either out of control or suppressed, inappropriate anger, perfectionistic thinking, persistent low mood, difficulty in concentrating, harsh self judgment, or unhelpful thought patterns, you may benefit from long term or short term therapy.
The Stimmung Therapy Programme - Specialist Psychotherapy and Skills Coaching for musicians, and those working in a performance setting. Stimmung is Britain's only private practice to offer specialist skills and therapy for this client base. I and fellow musician and existential psychotherapist Miranda work flexibly to accommodate your irregular and sporadic working hours as necessary.
I feel like this year has been properly transformative for me, to the point where I can honestly say that I am happier and healthier than I ever have been. I want to thank you for helping me along this path. The wise advice you gave me continues to sink in as I grow stronger. Helen's approach demystifies the therapy experience.
In 2016, Morillo opened up to Pete Tong about how his mental illness just "unravelled", and about his subsequent addiction to Ketamine. The article below features DJ Brandon Block and myself talking to Molly Gardner in Mixmag about the very same topic of how DJs are reluctant to face up to and talk about the toll that their work takes on their mental state, their relationships and their psychological and physical health.
