Launceston Farm
A sumptuous home stay in Dorset for families and friends looking for a special place to celebrate together. Take the lavish Georgian Farmhouse sleeping up to 12 and the two cosy cottages each sleeping 2 in any combination. All three properties are dog friendly and family friendly. There's so much to keep everyone happy on the Farm with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, huge walled gardens and a play Orchard to explore.

Head down to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast for iconic Dorset beaches or stay local and explore glorious countryside by foot or by bike from the farm gate. Whether it's a family holiday, celebrating with friends or a corporate team get away, Launceston Farm can be rented exclusively for your group.
Services
We know that you are on holiday and whilst sometimes it's nice to cook together, sometimes it's even nicer if someone else does it for you. So, we have put together some options for your stay. All the following are delivered hot to your door or popped into your fridge as requested. Prices are per person (minimum 2 people) and must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance.
All three properties at Launceston Farm have shared access to our stunning new indoor swimming pool in a converted stable block just a short walk from your door. The 12m pool is 1.3m deep throughout and has entry steps in one corner. The pool and sauna are available for guest use between 7am and 7pm.
We have three young children and we know how precious time together as a family can be so we have worked hard to create a fun, inspiring, safe place where all the family can relax and enjoy everything Launceston Farm has to offer. Our 12m indoor pool, heated by the farm's biomass boiler, and sauna are available for guests to enjoy between 7am-7pm, providing hours of entertainment whatever the weather.
Launceston Farm offers that hard-to-come-by combination of ultra stylish with dog friendly. With 900 acres of farmland on your doorstep and nearby dog friendly beaches at Studland Bay and Bournemouth, you can treat the whole family to a holiday. Dogs are welcome in the Farmhouse but we ask that their movements are restricted to the kitchen and the Dog House, a large cozy, secure boot room with underfloor heating, attached to the Farmhouse.
Ideal for parties, celebrations and receptions, The Workshop, a converted brick and flint Victorian barn with kitchen and bar facilities, can be rented alongside your accommodation. The Workshop seats up to 50 for a sit down meal and up to 80 for party. So if you have something bigger in mind, let us know and we can create a bespoke package for your event.

The bothy at the farm is well appointed and relatively cosy (Does need a little bit of a refresh - although visit was near end of season). The outside bath is an experience not to be missed (positive!). Good size indoor pool 7am to 7pm. Location good for most areas in and around Dorset. Would I stay again? Yes!
