We have used Bournecoast for 11 years to manage the letting of our flat, initially for Holiday Lets and then for Short Term Lets. They have been totally professional throughout often going beyond the call of duty to resolve problems.

Shower in the property had broken and was given a date and time to wait in for it to be replaced. Waited in and nobody arrived, contacted the contractor and bournecoast and nothing had been agreed but nobody had the common courtesy to let me know I didn't have to waste my day waiting in and to top it all off because of this we were told we now will likely be without a shower all over the Christmas period. Not the 1st time we have been let down in this way by bournecoast I must add.

5*Great accommodation to stay in for 4 people. Plenty of room and all what you need included. The shopping centre was 10 minutes walk top of the road and we could get everything we needed any time. We felt like in home. The place is just a steps down from the Boscombe beach. It was very quiet in the building while we were in with easy access 1st floor apartament with sea viewđ Well equipped and decorated. I felt in love with your hoover (looking to get one too đ)

We used to book our holiday with Bournecoast almost every year with our young family. We were always very happy with the accommodation and service.
Now our brood have left the nest we paid another visit this August. Same good service. Accommodated our rather awkward dates. Better price than elsewhere and good quality, well-situated accommodation. Senisible covid precautions without going over the top.

From first going into the office the staff were incredibly friendly and professional at all times.
I rented a short term flat which actually turned into almost 2 years as the owner was very flexible over the various lockdown times and Bournecoast always kept in touch asking if I would like to extend the rental agreement.
I would definitely recommend Bournecoast as a letting /holiday rental company.

If I could just start off with a positive and say that I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment bright modern and Perfectly located, but unfortunately a few things let it down I wasnât able to gain entry to the property to start off with it was a real struggle to get the door unlocked after phoning the agents and getting no reply I had to phone the homeowner who was more than happy to help, the cleanliness of the flat at first glance was amazing , but it soon came alight after unpacking it was clear the floors hadnât been mopped my socks were black tea stains down the side of the sofa, long

We went to Southbourne on holiday as a family- me and my husband and my parents. The apartment where we stayed was well-equipped and immaculately clean and right near the beach. Information on everything you needed was available. There were also beach chairs and a mat and an umbrella to take to the beach.
From booking to the returning of our deposit (paid in case of damage etc) and picking up our key the service was seamless. Also any e mails I send were replied to in a timely manner.
We can definitely recommend.

Booking with this company was so straight forward and the communication was frequent and efficient. I recently had to amend my booking with them and they were so accommodating and quick to resolve my issue! In a time where so many companies are cashing in on Covid changes etc., Bournecoast is unique in the fact that it really cares about its customers. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely book with them again.

We needed to rent a property for a few weeks, as we had a gap between a house sale and a purchase. The team at Bournecoast could not have been more helpful. With four kids and two dogs, also with a need for a decent internet connection for home working and home schooling, we had quite demanding requirments...no problem, these were met without issue. We had the most amazing time, with stunning sea views and would highly recommend both the property and using Bournecoast. None of us wanted to leave!!! Thanks for everything.
