Maplewood is one of three ground level adjacent apartments, comprising the beautiful Woodside development. This ground floor property features a fully fitted open plan kitchen, living room and French doors opening out onto the terrace, which is equipped with outdoor furniture and a personal hot tub.
The Lodge is semi-detached with the 'Stable'. Sitting aside from the main barn, on the ground floor, this property features its own garden - great for small families. With 2 bedrooms this property can sleep up to 4 guests and features a separate shower room. You'll find an open plan lounge, kitchen with washing machine and dining area.
The Stable, our cosiest property, is one of our semi-detached properties with the aptly named 'Lodge'. Sitting aside from the main barn, on the ground floor, this 2 bedroom property can sleep 2 to 4 guests and features a separate shower room. You'll find an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.
Presenting the Granary, a beautiful barn conversion property comprising of 2 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests in total; both bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The ground floor features an open plan lounge and kitchen and spacious living area plus ground floor shower room & WC. We provide a wall mounted 40 Smart TV and unlimited superfast Wi-Fi for those who want to stay connected.
This picturesque semi detached cottage named Plumtree sleeps up to 6 guests. Set aside from the main barn, this property has 3 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, one with a full size bath and the other 2 with showers. The property features a ground floor WC, 2 open plan lounges, kitchen and dining area, providing an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining!

We stayed here last week. It was brilliant. The accommodation was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect, it’s really quiet and the views are great. We done fishing and there are plenty of fish to catch. The specimen lake is a hard lake to catch from. If you go on park lake your definitely catch. The staff were very friendly including the fishing bailiff Terry. The swimming pool is lovely and the games room is great.

Absolutely loved it here! Such a peaceful and beautiful place! The staff were so friendly and helpful and in constant contact when we needed anything.
The place was super clean apart from we found a sock under one of the chair cushions and some toenails on the floor- just a slight over sight that maybe could be looked into.
Also, we visited with my daughter who is wheelchair bound. My daughter absolutely loved the space in the house and the flat grounds which she loved exploring. I took a ramp with me incase and it was well used. I wonder if you would consider making the place more accessible

Good accommodation, beds very comfortable and adequatly stocked with equipment. Be aware after a 7 hour drive we were very saddened no welcome pack to make a cup of tea nearest shop some 4 miles away. Pool brilliant views magnificent around a one hour drive to the beaches. Entry fees to attractions can be very expensive.
