I got noticed with only 24 hours margin that I needed 3 documents translated and certified. To make things even more difficult, I had to upload them within 12 hours of the notice. I can't believe that they managed to do it for me. Those documents were essential for a government application for my children. I can't be more thankful and not only for getting it done in time, but for the empathy in understanding the challenging and stressful situation; I felt super well taken care of, best thing ever when you are under a very stressful situation.

Apologies in the delay in giving you this feedback re: Greek telephone interpreter booking on 27th November 2020.
I contacted Prestige with less than an hour available to request a Greek language interpreter to support an urgent face-to-face visit by our Consultant and a Senior Practitioner to a care home resident. I was so impressed with Suzi’s can-do response; undeterred by the fact that the meeting was due to take place in 50 minutes, she immediately took action to try to meet this request. As soon as she was able to ascertain that the potential interpreter was too far away to able to make

Prestige used to be a decent agency, but unfortunately things took a turn for the worse circa 2017, when interpreters' rates were slashed dramatically. I carried on working for them for some time as a translator, but this stopped suddenly as well, for no reason whatsoever and despite the fact they had the opportunity to work with a top linguist at very modest rates. This is no way to treat people. To make matters worse, it transpired recently the company 'lost' all my personal information, with my CV the only item magically remaining on the system, despite email confirmations that they requested
