Had a booking with a previous riding school and was let down literally hours before we was due to show. I called High Beech and they managed to fit us in for my daugthers birthday within the hour! I Couldn't have asked for more and it really made my daugthers day special and I didnt have to let her down. My Son also got to ride for the first time. Thank you so much for booking at such late notice, the lady who did the lead rein for me and the ponies Toby and Storm, she even got her own birthday rosette! Brilliant.

A wonderful riding school who are very accommodating to riders of all abilities and genuinely care about all of the horses in their care. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive and love what they do! A particular thank you to Tom for making us feel so comfortable right from the first lesson. The horses are beautiful with such kind and gentle temperaments. The facilities are great and it’s lovely to experience a hack through Epping Forest. As an experienced rider, I’ve been to and seen many riding schools, but High Beech is definitely up there with one of the best. Thank you, High

Thank you Rosie, my daughter had such a fun and informative riding lesson today. I saw her improve more and more as the lesson went along. We have been to a few other riding schools but this one is hands down the best, the overall atmosphere is good and the horses seem very well looked after. Will definitely be back.

We held a birthday treat for my 8 year old daughter and 3 of her friends today at the stables. Ride through the forest, feeding and grooming. They had an excellent time. Staff were lovely. Engaging, professional and patient. I would recommend as a covid safe, outdoor experience. My daughter described it as amazing, superb and fun. They all want to go again.

I have had a total of two lesson's at High Beech Riding School. The first girl I had was lovely, down to earth. The second person I had (Tom) very hostile and acted like he didn't want to be there. In my opinion, if you are not happy in your job, leave. The overall atmosphere of the riding school leaves you feeling tense. Management really need to teach Tom how to communicate with customers better or they will be losing a lot more customers than myself. Maintenance of the Riding School needs to be kept better, it does not look very appealing. For the money you charge, I would off expected a higher

I couldn’t recommend this riding school enough. I’ve been riding here for over 10 years from a young age and feel like I have grown up here. The staff are so friendly and the horses are wonderful. From hacking in Epping forest to lessons at any level, this place is perfect for anyone wanting to ride. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had a wonderful two-hour evening ride through Epping Forest. The horses were adorable, and really enjoyed the ride too. Felt totally safe in the hands of Gill, who knows her way around and looked out for us and the horses. The weather was lovely as well, with the sun beginning to set as we arrived back at the stables. We've booked again!

My Daughter attended today for a own a pony half day. She is 7 and she has not stopped talking about it since, she had a fantastic time. She loves her 1st ever ribbon and she really wants to start group lessons with her friends. We will definitely be booking on, Elvis she said was a lovely horse to ride. Thank you so much!
