We are a family-run business, providing a homely nursery in the heart of Bramhall. We specifically selected our central location to make our service accessible to local families. Bramhall train station and the library are next door and the local community is on our doorstep. We have a small team of highly qualified, experienced and caring staff who have been hand-picked to join our enthusiastic, motivated team here at the nursery.
The property has been renovated thoughtfully to create a bespoke and fabulous environment for children to play, learn and explore. A wide variety of resources, equipment and play materials have been personally selected to create a unique nursery setting and we are proud to support local businesses and use suppliers from our village for food, books and services.

Services
Previously Paul worked as a property developer and Ceri is a primary school teacher. Paul has many strings to his bow and also has a Masters in Geology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS). After having our first child, Monty, we looked to enrol him in a local nursery but we were both surprised and disappointed to discover that there were not many local options and most were full to bursting!
We are a family run business, providing a homely nursery in the heart of Bramhall to support the young families in our village. We carefully selected our central location, making our services accessible to parents with Bramhall train station literally next door but also allowing children to feel part of the local community and access local amenities (the library is also next door!)
Above all, our aim at The Railway Nursery is to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities for all children who attend. We pride ourselves on ensuring our children reach their full potential in a fun and engaging way! We understand that each child is unique and ensure that planning is tailored to meet each child's needs.
Your child will be assigned a 'Key Person' when they start at The Railway Nursery. Positive warm relationships are shared between the key person, children and families. Reassuringly, your child's key person will always be available for daily discussions and to provide your child with a friendly welcome (and cuddle when needed!).
We recognise that high quality food provides the fuel for our children to learn! Mealtimes are a social occasion in our nursery and staff role model table manners and positive behaviour during food service. Children are supported to develop independent feeding skills and meal times are a happy and social time of the day.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Ceri & Paul - the owners of The Railway Nursery - for many years and can honestly say they're decent people who put their heart and soul into everything they do. I've personally seen the amount of hard work, commitment, dedication and passion that goes into the nursery and I'd be very happy to send my own children there knowing they'll be well looked after. I highly recommend everyone to consider The Railway Nursery.
