Services
Our baby room offers a calm and nurturing environment that caters for the unique needs of babies and promotes their individual learning and development. Our warm and friendly staff team have many years experience and have all had additional training in meeting the needs of babies. The room offers lots of space for babies to move around and develop those vital skills such as crawling, cruising and walking.
Our two qualified cooks prepare fresh, homemade and healthy food. Our menu's offers a diverse range of nutritionally balanced meals. We work in partnership with parents to ensure that all children's dietary needs and preferences are met. Meal times at Little Darlings offer a wealth of learning for our children.
Fees are paid on the 1st of the month in advance and full fees apply for bank holidays, general holidays and absence. For support with the cost of childcare you can get information on the government Childcare Choices website. Our son started at Little Darlings at 9 months old, even though he was very small we were never worried about leaving him with the fantastic staff.

My little boy has recently started settles in the baby room of which l was very anxious about and been made to feel more at ease with full support and kind understanding from managers Shelly and Michelle, along with all the lovely ladies in the baby room of which his key worker Becky is great giving him lots of cuddles for me. He is making great… progress settling in ready for when l have to return to work but the nursery share my values and support his individual development at his own pace. Making sure his environment is fresh, fun and educational day to day with the bonus of the baby

My daughter's have both attended Little Darlings Day Nursery. The team are genuinely invested in the personal, social and educational development of the children. Working tirelessly to ensure each day is different and filled with fun activities!! The girls run in with smiles and are excited to see what is set up for them to explore and spend the day with friends.

Jasmine started in the baby room in July when she was nearly 11 months and has settled in so much better than I could ever have wished for and that’s down to the girls in the baby room who are all lovely and… very caring with her. She Always smiles going in and then laughing and smiling when she leaves. We love getting the updates and the pictures of what she has been doing throughout the day as it reassures us that everything is ok and she is happy there Jasmine has really come on with her development since starting nursery, was always quite a quiet baby and not very vocal before

Our little girl has been at this nursery for 2 days a week since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it. Every room she has been in she has been happy and the transition changes well handled. All the staff have been fantastic and she has formed lovely relationships with them. We get lots of regular updates on her day and the activities are wide and varied. It is lovely to pick her up and see her smiles while we listen to her talk all about her day.

My little boy joined the baby room December 19 and nursery were fantastic through the whole settling in process, we had a few breaks in the settling in process due to being poorly but our little boy was comfortable from the beginning and we had no issues. He loves going in to see the girls in baby room. It was amazing to see how much he came on in… just 3 months before COVID hit and we can’t wait to see how much he continues to grow and develop on his return shortly. It’s always easy to get hold of nursery when required and the handover is always through. Nursery have been great

George has been here for nearly two years and has come on so much. He absolutely loves nursery and can’t wait to go each day. He never wants to come home when I pick him up. This to me makes it perfect!! The staff are all friendly and welcoming and know every child they see, whether they work in your child’s room or not. Each room has such a lovely homely feel, a great environment for a child to learn and play every day. I can not recommend them enough. They are all brilliant!!

My daughter has attended little Darlings since September 2019 and I have been extremely pleased with the care as I was when my eldest daughter attended between 2016 and 2018. All the staff are really friendly and take great joy in talking about the children and what they have achieved during the day. The food provided is healthy and alternatives… are provided if my child fully refuses a meal. Regular updates on the app show lovely activities taking place. There is always a senior member of staff available if needed and all queries and questions are responded to promptly by these members

My son started Little Darlings in January in the baby room and I have been extremely happy with all aspects of the nursery. The settling in process really helped. All the practitioners are friendly, professional and helpful. They have settled my son in really well and have catered to his needs. The parent ap is great as I can see how he is doing… throughout the morning. Managers ensure there is a positive parent partnership and I feel I can ask anything from them. My son is loving his time there and I know I can leave him in the morning in safe hands.
