Services
All our rooms are provided with en-suite facilities comprising either a walk-in shower or bath/shower. In addition breakfast is included in our room rates consisting of a buffet and/or cooked breakfast. We're also very pleased to be able to offer all our guests free access to hi-speed wireless internet, as well as free parking (subject to availability) in our own secure car park.
Breakfast is included with every stay in The Lincoln House Hotel and we invite you to choose whatever suits your fancy from the following items, available every day. Laver is red-coloured, edible seaweed that grows on the Welsh coast. When boiled and chopped it becomes laverbread mixed with oatmeal to make Laverbread Cakes, served on a wholemeal crouton served with grilled bacon or with our full Welsh Breakfast.
Cathedral Road in a very popular location in Cardiff, with streets lined with coffee shops and eateries, it has some great shops and easy access to the city centre and access to the motorway. Stefano's is a high quality Italian restaurant, situated a short walk from the city centre in the popular Pontcanna area of Cardiff.
Cardiff is actually quite a compact city, so walking is by far the easiest way to see the city. Luckily for our guests, the Lincoln House Hotel in Cardiff is only a 10-15 minute leafy walk away from being smack-bang in the centre amongst most of its attractions. One of Wales' leading heritage attractions located within the beautiful Bute Park, just around the corner from our Hotel.
We're pleased to offer preferential rates on our double rooms with breakfast, off road parking and hi-speed WiFi all included free of charge. If you book accommodation for a minimum of 6 delegates, we'll also offer the use of a free meeting room that seats up to 20 people.

Absolutely outstanding hotel with amazing service. Impeccably clean throughout (and I own a cleaning business so that's saying something!) The food was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay so relaxed and comfortable. We have already booked again! Always book direct with the hotel, they will better the price than on a booking website! Well done and definitely FIVE STAR SERVICE!

The breakfast was lovely......... That was the only thing I could give a positive review for.
The room was shoddy. The room door was always left unlocked after the room was serviced each day.
Window frames need replacement.
Mould on bathroom walls
Out of date coffee sachets .. the coffee had hardened in them.
The toilet brush bore signs of years of usage in the most unpleasant way.
Next time we will go to Holiday Inn.

Great hotel, in my opinion if should be a 4 star not a 3. Great breakfast, great staff, great location. Free parking, lovely atmosphere. This is my second visit and it was as good as the first. Just a hint, get a price off one of the booking sites and then give them a call, they'll either match if or better it. Thanks Lincoln Hotel for a great stay.

We stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 3* for a reason because there are no frills,but our room was comfortable,with a lovely shower, and the breakfasts are very good. A short walk to Cardiff City centre,and very close to the local parks,pubs,and restaurants. Staff are very professional are very professional and friendly.

We stayed here for 5 nights.
Nice big room and bathroom. The shower is a bit useless as the seal doesn't touch the tub and therefore after a shower, the floor is completely wet.
House keeping is good but we weren't informed that they don't change the towels on Sundays (as they get a different company to do it), so ended up having to use the old towels that were already wet from previous use).
Breakfast included and there is a variety of choices. For halal options there is smoked salmon, omelette, vegetarian Welsh breakfast (the veg sausage was basically just onions and I didn't like that) poached

A great stay, the hotel is in a wonderful location, right by the park and river and on a very pretty road. There is limited parking so we had to go on the road but we were able to find a space right by the hotel.
The rooms were very spacious and the hotel itself has some beautiful features like the stained glass in the dining room and lounge.
We stayed two days and will be back next time we come to Cardiff!
