At your first visit there is no active treatment. We will first find out why your dentist has referred you in and discuss what your concerns are with your teeth. We will then examine your teeth and take any records and further investigations we need, usually models of your teeth, photographs and x-rays.

This is all that is done at the first visit. The orthodontist will then examine your records prior to your next visit to decide what treatment will be needed. Again, no active treatment is provided at this visit. The orthodontist will explain in detail what is wrong with your teeth and all aspects of the treatment that would be required to correct them.

Avoid!! Was called up a few days before my appointment and told I wouldn’t be able to get treatment at this place because they lost NHS contract which didn’t make sense since I was a private patient. 🙄

My son is having his braces fitted recently and we went to Regent Orthodontics quite a few times and we always feel welcome, receptionists are very friendly and thorough with Covid checking lists and keep up with the cleaning procedures at the waiting area. Dentist Damian and assistant Grace both very professional and efficient! We thank you all for working under these difficult time!

I usually have a reasonable experience here, however today it felt like a rough handling by both staff members. I'm 15 and shouldn't be treated in a rough manner. Need to up their standards like their high salaries.
