The braces are placed behind the teeth so no one will ever know that you are wearing them unless YOU tell them! Self-ligating technology remove the need for ligatures, the elastic bands that were used to hold the wire in your braces. This innovation has major advantages. The Clarity SL braces design can help your teeth move faster, make your braces easier to clean and eliminate the hassle of stained elastics.
Fixed metal braces are glued onto the teeth and are the most frequently used braces. After placement, they are normally adjusted every 8-10 weeks and are generally in place for around 18 months, depending upon the severity of the initial problem. Many of our patients choose to brighten up their braces with coloured elastics, which hold the wire into the brackets.

I have had my orthodontic treatment from Dr Sharma for the past 3 years and today marked the final day . The experience has been excellent from start to finish. The end result was better than I expected. The care and understanding from all the staff at this practice is of high standard. As an adult who wanted braces, I was very nervous on my first appointment but I was put at ease knowing what options were available and upfront costs were also explained. If you have been considering braces then I would highly recommend you arrange an appointment. 😁

For the past three years I have loved coming into the orthodontics, the service and the staff are so great. They always make you feel welcomed as soon as you step through the door and when you leave.
