Chances are you're here because your pregnant, yay congratulations! I was maybe like you excited but also unsure, unprepared and feared birth. You're in the right place to find out more about pregnancy yoga and how to stay well through your pregnancy and prepare your mind and body for birth.
When I was pregnant with my first baby, I was totally unprepared, I give birth to my baby in the hospital, but I felt like the medical team took the control from me.I knew that there is a different way to birth babies. So, I have spent years training in pregnancy yoga and I birthed my seconded baby in a quick controlled way, using the strength of my body and my mind.

Mark and I found the birth prep session really helpful. I think Mark particularly enjoyed learning some techniques so he could feel more useful during labour, but also benefited from seeing what we have been learning in pregnancy yoga (I admit, I'm rubbish at practising at home)! It was good that you demonstrated everything with your partner - I think it gave the men more confidence to get involved.
Each of my videos has been designed as a stand-alone yoga session but one does follow another. You will benefit from repeating each session more them once. In each session, I make sure we warm the body up with a gentle activation to allow the joins to be freed and warm up muscles. We will always incorporate breathing exercises into the session with or without movement.
I will teach you yoga positions and movements that are safe for you and baby from 14 weeks of your pregnancy. Pregnancy Yoga has been proven with research to help reduce the feeling of anxiety in women. The breathing techniques learnt in my classes help to reduce feels of worry or fear towards birth, you can use these breathing techniques in pregnancy and the birth of your baby and forwards to being a new parent.
Each of my videos has been designed as a stand-alone yoga session but one does follow another. The home baby yoga course is perfect for mums that want to induce baby to yoga to baby and enjoy some postnatal exercise themselves. You can work at your own pace and with your baby, if they need feeding or changing please pause the video and start again when baby is ready.

I gave birth to our wonderful baby girl in June. Her birth was absolutely perfect, completely not what I expected and nothing like our birth plan, so much better! As someone who was active in exercising pre-pregnancy, staying active during pregnancy was important to me. I have done yoga in the past and having seen Saffron’s Pregnancy Yoga on social media, I decided this was something I wanted to do during pregnancy, as something a bit different to my normal exercise and knowing it would benefit both my changing body and preparation for birth. All the classes I did with Saffron were online

I started pregnancy yoga with Saffron at 20 weeks and would highly recommend for anyone looking to keep active and learn useful birthing techniques. Saffron begins each session taking the time to understand how things are going through your pregnancy and offers useful advice/yoga techniques based on this throughout. The positions, movements & breathing exercises I learnt throughout the sessions really helped me in early labour and I am still using the stretching exercises post baby!
Saffron is really approachable so I’d recommend getting in touch if you’re considering giving her

I would highly recommend Saffron’s yoga, I attended her classes when I was pregnant with both my children and found the class so relaxing and beneficial! Saffron also has a breadth of knowledge about all things pregnancy so it’s good to get advice and tips during the classes! You also get to meet and chat to fellow mums to be x
