We are a relatively new team at Hadrian. We have updated our diagnostic, anaesthetic and monitoring equipment, revised all of our policies and procedures in line with modern best practice and are currently modernising our kennel facilities. Quality of care and modern equipment are both very important, and review and renewal will be an ongoing process.
We are all animal lovers and know how important it is that our pets are treated with kindness and compassion. We will give you the same advice and care for your pet that we would want for ours. We want to take our time to explain things and allow us to discuss the problems and options fully. So unlike most vets we have longer 15-30 minute consults unlike the standard 10 minutes.

Jason Atherton is The Business development Director for VetPartners and often covers the odd Saturday and Monday, he has a large pack of sight hounds which always seems to be growing, and a variety of rescue horses. He lives with his wife and five children. I joined Hadrian vets in June after much deliberation on moving from my last practice in Sunderland where I worked for nine years.
We want our clients to feel at ease as well as their pets. We want to be accessible to you and encourage you to get in touch by telephone email or facebook if you have any concerns, queries or want any more information on any aspect of your pets' healthcare. We will give the best possible information on all aspects of healthcare and help owners to make important decisions about their pets' welfare and wellbeing.
At Hadrian we offer the option of seeing practice for those seeking a career in veterinary medicine or nursing. Places are limited, so please send an email to enquires@hadrianvets.co.uk. Due to expansion of the practice facilities and an increasing workload we are needing to expand our team. We are a growing practice continually striving to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
This interactive questionnaire can help you understand your senior pet's health, and decide whether to arrange a consultation at Hadrian Vets. As a caring owner you'll know that healthy food, exercise, loving attention and an occasional treat are all your pet needs to live a happy life. Hadrian Vets are here to help you keep your pet healthy and active for as long as possible.
Owners should have had their pets for at least a week before we start the first vaccination course to avoid missing any incubating infections. We offer health checks and/ or advice consultation with our nursing team before first vaccinations to answer questions and give advise on feeding, worming, training etc.

Had to pick up my parents cat that passed away. I was met at the door by an incredibly rude receptionist. Zero compassion from the receptionist who demanded the balance was paid before I could pick up the cat, despite a conversation over the phone an hour earlier where another member of staff said it would be okay for my father pay over the phone later in the day.I would not recommend this vets to anybody. Have already explained the experience I had to a number of current customers who will not be returning.
