Hotel exclusively for cats and small pets. Cozy Cattery is a small family run boarding cattery just outside the village of NEBO, near Caernarfon, North Wales. Our smallholding and country garden are surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia, and the Cattery sits cosily next to our house overlooking the little cattery garden.
Chantelle, the pet black sheep and our small flock of hens together with lots of wild birds, are guaranteed to keep our special guests amused! Cozy Cattery is listed with the Feline Advisory Bureau (FAB) now called International Cat Care, having met their exacting standards for construction and management.

Services
On arrival at the cattery, a guest is warmly welcomed and shown to his/her individual heated and insulated chalet. After a tasty treat, he is free to curl up in a fleecy bed on the sleeping deck, or explore his individual spacious and secure exercise area (opening off the chalet). There is a chair for relaxing on, a sunning shelf for watching birds in the cattery garden, and a scratch post to sharpen claws.
We follow a strict routine of cleaning and disinfection - the cattery is specially constructed for this. There are sneeze barriers to ensure there is no contact between pets from different households, and surfaces are chosen to be safe and hygienic. We assess your pet's health on a daily basis, and record his/her activities and behaviour.
Includes day of arrival and departure to allow for essential cleaning and airport/traffic delays. Deposit of half the total cost of your pet's stay is normally payable on arrival at the cattery, the balance being payable on collection of your pet. Extras incurred during stay (if any), including any vet's fees are payable on collection of your pet.

Parents have boarded their cat and mine together (they are sister and brother) multiple times now at the Cozy Cattery. The previous stays went very well. The most recent stay is my reason for writing this review (my parents are not online).
My parents made their normal reservation: 1 large kennal for both cats to stay together. They dropped the cats off with no problem. When my Mom went to pick them up, she was charged more because the cats were kept in separate quarters. The reason she was given was "there were no more kennels for 2 available". Amanda and her staff are always amazing whenever I board my cat cricket here. Cricket feels safe, which is one of the many reasons why I will miss boarding her here. Cricket had a reaction from a cold she got at the boarding place and I let them know and they put her in her own room when I had to bring her back a couple months ago. Nail trims are $20, and the prices for boarding is $16 a night for a regular cat kennel, and $22 a night for a kennel with window views. I really hope to find a place like them in Washington State. I will definitely use them again when I pass through Reno.

I've brought both of my cats here for grooming services and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They always look amazing and I feel like they are in good hands. I actually loved this place for my cat and I will def be bringing her back in the future. The staff is very helpful and caring and seem to really care about your cat. My only annoyance was that I went for a “large” room for my cat. She was a shelter adoptee and I was worried that she would be anxious when I left, so I thought a big room would be good. She did fine, but the big room really wasn’t much bigger than the smaller room, and def wasn’t worth the much higher cost. With 2 cats, a big room would be better, but with only 1, I didn’t need the bigger room. Also for one cat, I really

I was so nervous to get my cat groomed and I can’t express how grateful I am for this place. I dropped him off for a sanitary cut and Krista did a beautiful job, my long haired kitty is so happy! I used their kitty hotel services before and I was very impressed. Every time my cat steps paw in that place he is calm and relaxed. The employees are very knowledgeable cat lovers which helps my peace of mind a lot.

I am not one to leave reviews but I had such a positive experience with this business I felt the need to share. This was me and my cats first grooming experience and from start to finish it was such a pleasant experience. I was very nervous as my cat is older and I was not sure what to expect and both the women who assisted me were very gentle and reassuring through the entire process. The woman who groomed my cat took her time and was extra careful with him as he has a lot of excess skin and came through with not one cut! I cant even express how their gentle care assured me through the process

Very happy with Cozy Cattery! We were super nervous about dropping our kitty here for our Thanksgiving vacation, but were super happy with them and would definitely drop her off again. They sent photos of Luna every few days to ease my mind and were responsive to texts and calls whenever I had questions! The budget "room" is fairly spacious but definitely bring multiple toys for your kitty to get some stimulation.

I did not want to worry about my beloved Lola while on a weekend vacation. Cozy Cattery gave me that comfort of mind. The staff seemed friendly and the place was clean. I was slightly upset I had to wait another day to pick up Lola, as I told them on the phone I could not make it until 4:15 PM and the last pickup that day was 3:45 PM. I have to give them the benefit of the doubt though, as the employees also have families to go home to and do not want to be working late on a Sunday! Also, there was a snow storm so that may have had something to do with it. They did end up charging for the extra
