As pet owners ourselves we understand just how important it is to find someone who is equally as passionate about your pet as you are! When we started out it was a very daunting place for home boarding services. All that seemed to be available were traditional kennels and catteries.
We didn't like the idea of leaving our little rescue dog Rosie in an environment where she would miss her home comforts after having such a bad start in life, or even worse that she may have thought she had been abandoned all over again!That's how The Pet Joint was born really and we've never looked back!

Our award winning luxury home boarding service is 5 star rated. All guests stay as part of our family, with their own ground floor doggie bedroom complete with their own leather sofas, TV, rugs, cushions, oak floors and of course plenty of toys! Our guests can enjoy unlimited outdoor time in our secure courtyard and play paddock, and take long strolls in our private and secure land which covers 8 acres, complete with its own woodland and stream.
Our boutique Luxury Cat Hotel isn't like other catteries. Our bespoke suites are more "home from home" and larger than standard. Our guests can enjoy watching TV, or relax on their own mini Chesterfield sofa. All of our suites benefit from luxurious travertine tiled floors, complete with underfloor heating.
We provide our guests with award winning care, which we believe is like no other. We have extensive experience looking after small pets, meaning you can enjoy time away worry free. Our suites are spacious and interactive, complete with multi-level floors, tiled underfloor heating and dimmable lights.
The Pet Joint is situated on the outskirts of Bylchau in the heart of the Welsh countryside leading into the historic market town of nearby Denbigh. We offer bespoke home boarding for Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Gerbils, Rats, Degus, Chinchillas and Mice. We also board birds and reptiles.

Meg and Steve provide a first-rate, top quality, dog boarding service. Like other dog owners who won’t use kennels, we searched for ages for a suitable alternative for our dog and found it at The Pet Joint. Set in gorgeous North Wales countryside, the dogs have large grounds in which to exercise, sleep in their own, very spacious, rooms and have round-the-clock professional care and attention. Highly recommended.

My 2 Boxer Boys have stayed at the The Pet Joint numerous times. They love it. They are always straight out of the car when we arrive and never in a rush to leave. The facilities are excellent and Steve is fantastic with all his "guests" and his expertise is second to none. I know I never have to worry about my Boys when I leave them here. I cant recomend highly enough. Thanks guys from Duke & Earl and of course from me!

Our lively labrador stayed with steve and meg and their canine companions while we got married and went on honeymoon. Not only did they go the extra mile by offering a chaperone service so our boy could be at the wedding they thoroughly looked after him while we were away. The daily updates of photographs of him enjoying his dog holiday put our mind at ease, he was not missing us too much. So much so that it almost looked like he was far more interested in where his canine pals where when we picked him up. I would use and reccomend the pet joint again and again.

We booked our two cats and dog in for a short break at Pet Joint and were suitably impressed. The care and attention was second to none and the rooms and furnishings were really luxurious. Our little ones enjoyed the experience and arrived back with glowing coats and lots of new friends. Definitely worth considering if you love your pet and want them to enjoy a home away from home!
