I was put in touch with Becky through a Facebook group that I belong too. Typically COVID-19 had hit just as we were due to remortgage, but Becky was on hand to assist us with finding a new mortgage in a very difficult market. She looked through all of the options for us and made suggestions as to what to do...not easy when the market had moved so dramatically.
