I just wanted to express my delight in picking you to be our mortgage advisor. Whilst even you might admit it is not the most interesting of subjects for your clients, you have taken all the work out of re-mortgaging making it a simple and easy task for me and my wife.
From the initial visit where you ran through our options of different off-set mortgages, called the lender to confirm transactions from business accounts were acceptable, transfer limits and the other questions we had and came back to us in a timely manner.

As first time buyers my partner and I had very little understanding about the requirements and process. We cant thank our adviser Josh enough, he was patient, thoroughly informed us of what was happening and what needed to be done, and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. We will definitely look to use them again in the future.
