The Old Crown is a traditional, family run pub beside the River Thames in Weybridge, Surrey. Our home cooked meals and sandwiches are freshly prepared to order and are at value for money prices. We are so pleased to have you as our local. We love the atmosphere at the Old Crown. Hospitality, excellent food and service.
We so appreciate a warm family run environment as opposed to the corporate and cold environment of other locals! We have plenty of seating, inside and outdoors. The patio and riverside garden can be enjoyed in the warm summer months. You also have the choice of conservatory or one of our three bars which have cosy open fires in the winter.

Services
The Old Crown has been in the same family since 1959, spanning 3 generations. The current landlords Mark & Yvonne Redknap welcome you. The Redknap family's tradition as publican's spans 4 generations and goes back to 1921 when Mark's grandfather bought The Duke's Head in Richmond, which they owned until 1963.
We are a Free House (independent), so we are able to offer our choice of quality beers, wines and spirits. Our selection of Real Ales, kept to the highest standard, includes Courage Best, Directors, Young's Ordinary & Marston's Pedigree. We are particularly proud of our beef sandwiches - we challenge you to find a better beef sandwich!
Please do not phone or email to enquire about reservations, as we are not taking bookings for food or drink. At Walton Bridge, take Walton Lane, passing Cowey Sale (a large parking area and footpath beside the Thames). Continue to the end of Walton Lane (3-4 minutes drive), and where the road forks left, this is Thames Street.

Really nice location with plenty of seating. The only downside is the prices are slightly higher than most pubs in the area. I think the price of a pint was around the £6.50 mark.
The ordering on the app was easy enough however the wait times can be quite long. Didn't have any food, again the prices are quite high.
Overall it's a nice pub with plenty of seating. Wouldn't come that often due to prices but would recommend to anyone who is in the area.
Please don't see the price comments as a negative it's simply compared to the other pubs in the area.
Visit!

What a brilliant place. While other pubs turned us away (sorry we are fully booked)at yet they were clearly had a lot of empty seats outside.
This pub welcomed us and encouraged us to eat. You scan a qr code on the table and straight you can order food and drink with your phone. You can even opt out from some ingredients in the app. For example if you don't like mushroom you can just remove it from your order. Absolutely brilliant!
Although, I have to add two things;
The waiters and waitress are very young and do not wear mask. I do understand that mask is no longer mandatory, but I have seen
