I'm Ady, founder and owner of Ady Watts Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning. I started the business 17 years ago to introduce a new level of training and personal service to the fitness industry. Having struggled with my weight when I was younger, I discovered training and changed my own body shape.
Our Hybrid model provides flexibility, accountability and an increased chance for you to reach your goals. Within every membership you have access to either of our two well appointed Hereford gyms, as well as the option of training sessions streamed LIVE to your home. In addition to this you'll have access to our pre-recorded 'On Demand' library.

We've built our reputation through the people whose lives we've changed through our personal training. If you're new to the gym environment, want to gain confidence, increase strength, rehabilitate following an injury or reach a weight loss goal, one-to-one personal training is for you. Membership also includes small group personal training sessions with up to four members, and team training sessions of up to 10 people.
If you're looking to get the benefits of personal training but enjoy the motivation of working with others, then Small Group Personal Training - our most popular membership option - is for you. By limiting groups to a maximum of four, our experienced personal trainers can provide expert coaching and instruction to all participants in a safe, effective environment.

Hi Guys. Just to let you know that I have finally got back onto my bike. As you know I had a full knee replacement just over 2 years ago, and felt disappointed on my range of movement. Lost confidence in myself , until I came to see you. You put me on the right path, and you we all brilliant with me, and gave me so much confidence to get out there.
Well today I did 11 miles on my bike. It might not sound a lot, but to me I have climbed a mountain.

I knew I just had to give Ady’s a try because my friend has been using this gym for over a year & has got fantastic results. Early days for me but from my first visit I have been made to feel welcome. It has such a great atmosphere...totally different to other places I’ve been! Very professional approach towards providing training that suits clients needs. Love the fact there’s no mirrors!!! Excellent staff who give great encouragement & the best advice. Brilliant 👍🏼

Just finished my first ever Wattbike block and all I can do is praise the gym; brilliant, well equipped & super clean. More importantly though the staff are 5*+++++....Tommy took our Wattbike block and was so enthusiastic and motivational even at 8pm on a Wednesday! Can't wait to start the next block to see even further progress and results! Thank you :)

I am so happy with the results since I joined in December 2016, it's been under a year and I have felt fitter, more toned and with less backache than in years. I joined wanting to tone up after having two children close together. I have toned up through both small group training and one personal training session (usually just two sessions a week in total) but I can't believe how much stronger I am altogether for such relatively little input in terms of hours. I have gained muscles all over, not just where I wanted to, but without looking silly. I genuinely am delighted. The coaches are SO very
