Dale has been helping me lose weight since June and I've lost alot already. I am so happy with where I am now both physically and mentally. I do couple sessions with my Husband and really enjoy it. I would 100% recommend Dales personal training

Dale has been a fantastic personal trainer for both me and my wife. My wife has been with Dale for more than half a year before I joined and we now have a duo session once a week. Dale is a great motivator and even in our duo training session, manages to give us both his personal attention. Dale will post daily on our WhatsApp group with tips and recommendations on how to achieve our goals and at the start of every session, will measure both our weight and fat (we are both trying to lose weight and fat). Even just one session a week has been hugely rewarding and worth every penny. We highly recommend

I've been working with Dale since April 2021 and although the weight is coming off slowly, in all honesty it's been quite fun as I've learned a lot of new techniques and I don't get tired from walking a long time like I used too, it'll be much better in the long run once my weight loss and transformation is complete

I came to Dale in Feb 2018, I needed some motivation to get me to the gym in the mornings and give me that extra push. He is dedicated to seeing me progress... He takes pictures at every session and documents every weight I lift, helps me to see the progress I've made even when i don't see it myself. I'm happy with the progress I'm making and happy with the choice I made to join Dale's community!

Dale has helped me no end to loose the unwanted weight I needed to loose in a short period of time.
He has not only helped me to loose weight but has also made me gain confidence in myself to be able to achieve my goals and feel confidence in my body as well.

Dale helped me find my motivation after years of not training properly and eating poorly. Dale is a nice bloke who is very knowledgeable and his enthusiasm never wanes, which makes you want to do just that little bit more. After my sessions I'm hoping to carry it on myself with a gym membership but I will definitely benefit from the odd session to keep me on the right path. I would recommend this PT highly to anyone of all ages and abilities.
