I place a massive emphasis on using a more holistic approach towards all aspects of your lifestyle and not just focus solely on the health and fitness side of things.

I begin by arranging a FREE initial consultation with any potential new client in the comfort of your own home to establish what you want to achieve. This allows us an opportunity for us to get to know more about each other in an open, honest and constructive way.

During this meeting I will conduct a general health assessment which includes recording your blood pressure, body weight, body fat composition, body muscle mass, general strength and flexibility measurements and postural analysis.I will also assess your current nutrition and eating habits by analysing a food diary that I will get you to complete prior to us meeting.
Losing weight or gaining a more muscular physique isn't easy and experimenting with miracle pills, following fad diets or seeking out a quick fix will not work in the long term. Eating a healthier balanced diet is a big part of any successful training programme, especially as nutrition affects you emotionally, physically and mentally.
Pregnancy means your body will undergo some unique changes, which will affect you physically, psychologically, and emotionally. I specialise in pre and post-natal exercise for women of all ages during each trimester of your pregnancy and also after you have given birth.

Regardless of what stage you are at in your pregnancy you will benefit from increased levels of energy, self belief and confidence as psychologically and emotionally you begin to regain control over your body.

I have been using KE Personal Training for over a year now following a recommendation from a friend who had also used Kev in the past and had reached their own weight loss goals. On meeting Kev during the FREE consultation I was amazed at his knowledge (trust me I googled everything he told me) but absolutely loved his passion for why he does what he does. Throughout the whole time I have known Kev he has always been completely honest with me (even if it feels quite blunt at times) and dissects absolutely everything about my fitness journey....even down to discovering the emotional reasons why
