For some insurance policies underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance, RSA has decided to impose a 200 penalty on insured pet owners who make their own choice for veterinary treatment in a Specialist referral clinic rather than in a clinic that is within the RSA's "preferred referral network, " many of which are not Specialist veterinary facilities. We have chosen not to engage with the RSA insurance underwriters "preferred referral network".

We know our feline friends are not just small dogs, and they need their own space, away from the noise of dogs. We have a dedicated cat waiting room (no dogs allowed) for you and your cat to relax in before your appointment in the cat consult room. After this, they can make themselves at home in our quiet, warm and cosy cat ward.

Took in one of my foster cats for a 'routine procedure' which was clearly and fully explained. It ended up being a bit more complicated and she was kept in overnight.
Had an update in the evening and the following day as to her progress. This is the first time our charity has used this vets and was very impressed and extremely grateful for what they did.

My Jack Russell recently ruptured her cruciate ligament and she was referred to the East of England Veterinary Specialists. She was well and truly on three legs and was too uncomfortable to place any weight through the leg. Six weeks post surgery and Pip is walking extremely well and fully weight-bearing again. I could not be happier with Pip's result. The whole team were extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend.
