Gained BWY pregnancy teaching module in 2005 and regularly updates the training. The practice of yoga gives substantial benefits to everyone.

Yoga can be practiced by young and old alike. While there is no one who should be excluded, check with your doctor before you begin a course if you suffer from a medical condition or have any doubts. Janet runs different adult classes for different abilities. Age 16-17 must be accompanied. Always wear comfortable clothing for your practice.
