Jessica Pilates is run by STOTT Pilates qualified instructor, Nikki Hey. Nikki and her team are passionate about training bodies to become fitter, stronger, leaner and better balanced with fewer aches and pains. They love working alongside clients to help them achieve their goals in health and fitness.

Nikki Hey is a STOTT trained Pilates instructor from Johannesburg. She's been teaching Pilates for many years. When she lived in South Africa, her main focus was teaching private sessions from her home studio. Since moving to the UK in early 2016, she's started teaching a large number of group classes including 2 for Jessica Pilates in Frimley on a Monday morning.
Jessica Pilates runs private Pilates sessions and small group mat classes around Surrey in Guildford, Normandy, Worplesdon, West Horsley, Bookham, Cobham, Chiddingfold, Dunsfold, Frimley and Camberley. To compliment our already extensive face2face class schedule, we also offer a comprehensive time table of Live Online Pilates classes, using the software platform Zoom to deliver the classes.
This is a class that is relayed over the internet but still run in the same manner as a normal face2face class. It is in real-time, so no recordings, and given by the same expert instructors that also teach our face2face classes. We use the platform ZOOM, and this can be easily accessed through a variety of smart devices that are internet enabled and have a camera function.
You're dealing with a specific and chronic condition such as back, knee, neck or shoulder pain. You're fed up with having to struggle with the persistent pain on a daily basis, particularly now it's stopping you from doing the things you love and living the life you once had.

You've tried every form of medical and holistic treatment under the sun, including medication, physio/osteo, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology etc, but you're still in pain.You feel that 'enough is enough' and it's time for you to get back in control of your body. Prior to attending classes at Jessica Pilates, I'd done Pilates for 5 years and had a good teacher during this time. Within a few weeks of attending classes at Jessica Pilates I discovered what a difference brilliant teachers can make. The teachers here are exceptional - I've progressed more in 6 weeks than I'd managed in 5 years - and that's truly remarkable.

I can thoroughly recommend Jessica Pilates. There is an excellent team of instructors who combine technical skill with good humour. I started as a complete beginner and now would not be without my weekly session !

I started to see Jess for private classes during my second pregnancy, and after the birth of my daughter. Every class was brilliant and I could feel the changes that we were making in my body. Jess explained everything so clearly and it was good fun. I now attend weekly classes (in a yurt!) with another amazing teacher which is a perfect hour out from work and being a mum. The online portal also helps me to do more pilates at home, without the chance of getting any of the exercises wrong.
If you want to try pilates, or have been advised to do it, then definitely give Jessica Pilates a go.

A spine consultant told me that I must do pilates for the rest of my life! An excellent physio recommended Jessica Pilates. I am so grateful for this recommendation as regular pilates has made a huge difference to my mobility. I first had private classes with Jessica and after three months I was 'promoted' to a beginners class where I continue to make good progress. I've been attending jessica Pilates for a year and a half and I've seen a big improvement in my back pain, the classes are different each week, enjoyable and have lots of variety with all the different exercises. Would defiantly recommend!!
