The Clinic is OPEN.To keep the clinic safe for ALL patients, patients will still need to wear a MASK and use hand sanitiser by the door. Staff will continue to wear PPE. We are a friendly, experienced practice dedicated to alleviating your pain and discomfort. Ashtead Osteopathy has built up an excellent reputation during the last 26 years and receive many referrals from our local medical colleagues.

We have a team of 4 Osteopaths offering appointments 6 days a week, including early morning, evenings and Saturday mornings. The Podiatry Clinic (Michelle and Ibrahim) is available on Wednesday evening (5-8 pm) and Saturday mornings.
Services
All Osteopaths undergo a minimum of 4 years undergraduate training and must complete 1000 clinical hours in the College Clinics. An Osteopath aims to restore the balance of muscles, joints and ligaments in order to reduce or alleviate pain. Osteopathy is a manual therapy that specializes in joint, muscle and ligamentous problems in the spine and peripheral joints.
Cranial Osteopathy is a refined and subtle type of Osteopathic treatment that uses very gentle manipulative pressure to encourage the release of stresses throughout the body, including the head. It is very effective in treating a wide range of conditions in people of all ages, from birth to old age.
Michelle works 4 days in the NHS and has a background working with Diabetes and vascular complications. Michelle has a keen interest in all aspects of Podiatry and foot care. Ibrahim works as a Specialist Podiatrist at Homerton University Hospital during the week and works Saturdays at Ashtead Osteopathy.
Nikki joined Ashtead Osteopathy in 2017. She qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Brunel University with a BSc (Hons) in 1995, and then gained an MSc in Sports Medicine from Trinity College Dublin. She uses her experience and knowledge gained through patient mileage to work on the patent as a whole.
Homeopathy is a safe, non toxic way of treating many conditions and is recommended for all age groups. It is often used to treat skin conditions, symptoms of the menopause, anxiety and digestive complaints. If you would like more advice about Homeopathy please email Ali Lomax at ashteadosteopath@gmail.com.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit on Saturday. Didn't really know what to expect but the lovely Emma made me feel really relaxed and explained everything to me really well. I've been feeling much better in myself since my visit and have really noticed a difference. I'll definitely be coming back again when I need some extra treatment

I saw Lizzy for a sports massage this week. I was a bit nervous but she was really friendly and informative. I told her I was doing Ride 100 on Sunday and she prepped my muscles accordingly. Highly recommended!

I first visited Lisa when she worked in Dorking Road, Epsom and followed her to the Ashtead practice because the treatments I received for back pain, shoulder tension and headaches were hugely beneficial to my quality of life. When I had my children, I took them to the Ashtead clinic for osteopathic treatment for all sorts of ailments - birth… trauma, sleep problems, colic for example and they always came away calmer and happier. Now 19 and 16, osteopathy is their first thought for relief from exam tension, football injuries and the like. I can highly recommend all of the team, as I have

I met Lisa when she was working in Epsom, I had awful back pain and numb legs, I had been to the hospital & they sent me for physiotherapy which made my problems worse. Lisa was amazing & after a short time things got better for me. Lisa then moved to Ashtead when I was expecting my first baby, when he was only a few days old I noticed he had a… huge bump on his head !!! He was sent for x rays & there was nothing wrong & the hospital said it may be worth a visit to a osteopath. I thought oh Lisa can help & my goodness she did I was amazed without her my son who is 19
