In addition to room-only accommodation Vine House also offers self-catering accommodation at the cosy Old Stable (Yr Hen Stabal) which is adjacent to the main house.
Two miles from Welshpool and set in the picturesque village of Guilsfield, Vine House is the perfect choice for anyone looking for room-only or self-catering accommodation. Guilsfield is ideally located for exploring both Mid Wales, North Wales and the Welsh borders.

Guilsfield is a friendly, rural village with a number of amenities, including a village store and post office, bowling green, woodland-trust protected woods, iron-age hill fort, tennis courts, nature reserve, playing fields, children's play area and an ancient church.
Mid Wales, North Wales and the Welsh borders are enjoyable areas with plenty to offer individuals, couples, friends and families. Guilsfield is an ideal central location from which to explore them. Eve has lived in Mid Wales all her life and has a great deal of local knowledge about the area and local events taking place.

We have had a lovely weekend at the self-catering cottage in the converted stable. Spotlessly clean, lovingly appointed, with gorgeous local countryside. Great value.

From the time you set foot in the door you are made to feel welcome. The price does not reflect the hospitality. A gem. Food can be found at the two pubs within walking distance. Pay them a visit...Its worth it
