Phil co-founded Thompson Taylor in 2009 following approximately 10 years at Robert Walters where he led search and selection assignments for UK and international clients in the financial services sector.
Since establishing Thompson Taylor, Phil has focussed on developing client relationships across our sectors of focus - corporate finance, banking and advisory and investing - and runs recruitment processes from start to finish across a multitude of roles from graduates to managing directors.He graduated in 2003 from the Newcastle Business School with a degree in international business.
