La Fosse Associates specialises in recruiting technology, digital and change talent from top to bottom. We operate at all levels on a permanent, contract, interim and executive search basis. For starters, we're co-owned. Our founder has committed to gifting 40% of the equity to the employees. Our staff don't just work for La Fosse, they own it. The IR35 tax legislation was introduced as a means of distinguishing between employees and self-employed contractors. At La Fosse, we've been following the development of this government legislation closely, and have taken advice from several sources on the matter, including APSCo, employment and tax lawyers, all the way through to individual contractors and other recruitment companies.

Have had multiple dealings with a number of La Fosse recruiters, really frustrating to deal with unprofessional agents who don't bother to respond to emails or calls. It takes time to finesse CV's and cover letters for potential new roles, the least I expect from a professional company updates on the progress with the application, moreover feedback from the client. Very disappointing.

I can tell through the management that this company is highly efficient and very transparent with clients and staff.. The attention towards staff at La Fosse Associates is just A1. When staff are motivated and happy at work, this increases productivity and performance. Which brings forth many great achievements. This leads staff to be more enthusiastic to come to work and to work.

My review was regarding summer 2019 where I interviewed to be a recruitment consultant. First impressions: Not good. Chaotic environment, and when I arrived at reception no-one seemed to be expecting me (considering the receptionist came up to me after I told her my name, addressing me as someone else..). They thought I was there for an assessment day and were surprised I said I was there for my final interview, unorganised of course.
Fast forward to the interview, interviewer was nice and relaxing, but it was not the person I was assigned to meet. I waited around 5-10 for my interview to start

La Fosse took me by surprise. Having heard varying opinions on the recruitment industry, I entered La Fosse not knowing what to expect. However, what struck me was how open, inviting and friendly everyone was from the very moment I stepped through the door. The staff at La Fosse seem to have found the perfect balance between efficiency and community as they manage to stay friendly and calm towards each other whilst working effectively under pressure. A great group of people and an organisation I would definitely recommend!

La Fosse Associates is not like other recruitment firms - the atmosphere is genuinely warm and friendly. I originally entered as an intern having never had a job in an office before, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to explain how everything worked, from the client database to the coffee machine. I'm delighted to now be working here on a permanent basis - the firm honestly does have a culture they can be proud of.
