Large breakfast hall and lounge area was the highlight of our stay . We stayed with our 3 month old baby and I must say our experience was comfortable n enjoyable . The girl in reservations named Anjana was extremely polite and helpful and gave us the best rates , also helped us with our needs throughout the stay. All in all good service , the only area which needs improvement is the food options in the menu . Other than that 5 stars ⭐️

Went here as a couple to celebrate our belated anniversary early December. The welcome was friendly, the deluxe double room was spacious and the bathroom was in perfect working order. We even received a welcome bottle of wine to congratulate us on our anniversary. The leisure facilities were well maintained and the pool was huge! The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice! We also loved the location of the hotel being so close to Kingston and to Hampton Court Palace. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely love to come again and possibly bring the kids.

I’ve been a member for years fantastic with families. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. Its next to the River Thames and you can go sailing and do a number of different river activities. You can’t do this anywhere else in London or matter-of-fact along the Thames from any hotel. Food is good value and of a high standard. Hotel is also fantastic value for money with great views of the river and park.

Dinner was very nice and breakfast good as well. Our waitress Kim was extremely attentive and helpful, nice start to the day. The tables in the restaurant could do with being upgraded as ours was very wobbly. The resort itself was spread over a few buildings which were not connected so you had to walk outside across the car parks to get from your room to breakfast, not ideal. And whilst the pool was next to our accomodation, again you could not access it and had to go all the way back to reception, across the car parks to get back to the accomodation. It made no sense. The room itself was fine but

Nice location, surroundings and nice grounds, the 1st room I was offered in the main building was poor, for £175 a night very disappointing! I asked to changed my room which was sorted by a receptionist who could have been a bit more sincere and apologetic but the 2nd room was better despite being on the ground floor of another building looking onto the car park. The Bar, the breakfast, the gym and pool all good though I feel you could look to add a jacuzzi at some point in the future to make it even better. The majority of the service from the rest of the hotel staff was very good and made it

The service and politeness of the staff was great, the surroundings were fabulous too. However the room was I poorly kept condition and standards. Also the house keeping teams command of English was so poor that they did understand to clean the room as we left. However we were offered an upgrade but didn't take it and instead chose to leave a day early. Breakfast team also were absolutely amazing very accommodating and super service.

We went to a wedding here and it was sick... the staff were decent, the guys in the bar were friendly and hard working, everything was clean and nice... there is the river close by and that nice to look at too... the food was pretty good but the beef Wellington was a little dry and the vegetables looked like they had been on the line for a little while that's the only reason I'm going with 4 stars

I just love this place, they made the room availble by 11am, was upgraded to one of their superior suites, spent a relaxing 3 hours in their very well equipped fitness centre, finishing off with swim in their very clean and warm pool, followed by a sauna and steam session. Energy replacement courtesy of fresh fruit juices and home-made yoghurt, honey and granola.
PS: did I say I loved this place!
