Only a small museum, but kept the kids engaged 11am - 3pm. Lovely staff, nice little cafe and shop. Disabled access throughout, disabled toilet is a proper "changing places". Play area outside, with picturesque riverside area with ducks and geese. For your ticket £5.95 you get a year of visits! Carers are free :)

I remember coming here as a kid. Loved it. Now, with my partners Kids I was able to enjoy it all over again. It's just amazing. They loved everything. It was all hands on and very kid friendly. It's a really well put together place, fantastic value. We look forward to coming again!

My son and I absolutely love the Catalyst Science Museum. We did most of the workshops in the Summer, then did the Frozen workshop and Lightshow last weekend. We were the only ones in the audience for the latter but Oliver, the presenter was fantastic with my son. Really interactive and lots of fun. I would highly recommend. Clean and there's lots to do with the family. Great play area outside and nice little cafe. There's even a lunch room if you want to bring your own packed lunch. Take the glass lift to the top!

Had yet another fun filled morning at the catalyst today. The interactive section downstairs is outstanding and my daughter loves going up to the 4th floor on the lift. We did the frozen snow extra and it was great.

Great day out for the whole family. I paid with gift aid so got a family annual membership for around £22 - What a bargain!! We also added on the Explore your universe talk for £1.75pp which was really engaging and interesting. The on-site Cafe is very reasonable, nice food and friendly staff. They also said at peak times they open a room up for picnics. There is also a really good outdoor play area and I imagine if the weather was nice u could spend all day here. We'll definitely be regulars from now on.

Had a lovely few hours spent here today. Year pass too on entry which is good as there's plenty to revisit. Planetarium was very interesting ( booked and paid separately) inside an inflatable tent with images and videos projected inside the done tent. Interesting talk too.

I visited today with my 5&7 year old. We did a soap workshop and explored the museum. We spent hours exploring. The children loved the hands on exhibits and really enjoyed themselves. Great family day out topped off with a play on the park outside. We are looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you.
